With your cooperation, EBI will do everything possible to track the funds and the perpetrator. However, recovery is not guaranteed and can take a long time. Successful recovery typically involves local law enforcement entities, cooperation with exchanges to freeze illicit funds, and a lengthy legal process to prove ownership.
We understand how devastating a loss like this can be. Regretfully, Energi is unable to reverse any transactions or otherwise directly reimburse stolen funds. Your participation with our investigation is 100% voluntary and you may refuse our service at any point in the process. We hope to support the successful retrieval of your funds and again offer our deepest condolences for any loss you may have incurred.
